Does a small company need Care Service?
Not necessarily. For a small company, Care Monitor is usually the more important service. Service becomes more valuable with more devices, users, locations, and changes.
Does SOFBAC Care replace an IT provider?
No. It provides data and highlights problems. Decisions and actions remain with the owner, administrator, or selected IT provider.
Does the system see every computer?
Only devices previously enrolled in SOFBAC Care.
Does the report automatically order hardware replacement?
No. It highlights symptoms and trends that should be analyzed.
